Old Performances and Installations

This was a performance intervention in one of Santa Fe’s dog parks:

I built a nest, and slept in it:

Built another nest of sorts:

I transformed a tiny room in a haunted barracks into a weird rendition of a heart. I lay under the pile of lights and leaves and fabric for the three hour duration of an art show, breathing to the rhythm of a recording I made of a frame drum beat imitating a heartbeat and the sound of breathing. People visited the installation and sat in there, while the pile of leaves rose and fell methodically. I coughed up gross black lung leaf material after that.

I methodically entangled myself in this web over the duration of an art show while wearing an old wedding dress.
